Beton Lana GmbH is a traditional family-run company and can trace its origins back to the brave initiative of a bold young man in the 1930s. In those days Karl Schwienbacher, a 14-year old lad, worked transporting suitcases for guests of the Mitterbad spa hotel in Ulten by donkey cart. He used the return journeys for transporting loads of wood. It was the start of a flourishing transport business.more
